Pooled analysis of 31 studies found LED phototherapy significantly reduced wrinkles and fine lines. Red, amber/yellow and near-infrared LEDs all showed rejuvenation benefit, with low statistical heterogeneity for several outcomes (i.e. fairly consistent results across studies).
